Rae Rosner-New "Finding Your Way Home"

Buying Services for Home Buyers

If you have decided to purchase a home, or are thinking about buying one, you'll be joining the ranks of hundreds of families who realize that home ownership offers a number of benefits including building equity, saving for the future, and creating an environment for your family.  When you own your own home, your hard-earned dollars contribute to your mortgage. The equity you earn is yours.  Over time, your home will increase in value.

For Buyers Rae will...

Thoroughly explain the buying process from start to finish, and be available to answer all of your questions - making the process of buying a new property easier, more enjoyable, less time-consuming, and less expensive than it would be if you did it alone.

Provide you with current market conditions and the types of properties that are available that meet your criteria. Working closely together to find the right property. In the initial consultation, we will discuss the kind of home you need and want. We'll will determine what location(s) you are interested in, what style of home you want, and how much you are willing to invest in your purchase.

Help you to determine how much house you can, or might want to, buy.  Rae has put together a team of financial experts including loan consultants, that can meet with you to determine exactly what you can afford. Obtaining a pre-qualification for a mortgage loan at this stage will help you focus on homes in an appropriate price range, and will strengthen your bargaining position once you locate the home you wish to buy.

Present you with the financing options and alternatives to help you acquire your new home.  When your offer to a seller includes a letter from your lender indicating that you are ready to qualify for a loan, the seller will take you more seriously, and the sale will proceed much more rapidly.

Negotiate a good purchase price on your behalf, and handle the details of the transaction to ensure a smooth closing.  As an Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR), Rae is working for you, not the seller.  She will represent you and look out for your best interests, but get paid by the seller.

  • Advise you of property strengths and weaknesses to discover key facts- before you commit yourself in a sales contract.
  • Provide a broker's opinion of property value based on comparable sales- helping you determine a fair offer.
  • Present your offer to the Seller's Agent and Seller for you.
  • Negotiate the Lowest price and Best terms - on your behalf.
  • Track property inspections and loan approval.
  • Accompany you on the final walk-thru confirming needed corrections and repairs are completed.
  • Review settlement statement for accuracy.
  • Accompany you to closing.
  • Most importantly, you would know that you are fully represented throughout the real estate transaction.
